Receiving Credits
In the first session of the seminar which was only offline with the students from Hamburg we talked about the way how to get credits or Leistungsnachweise.
I would ask you to produce an ePortfolio which can be be used for other learning purpuses too. This ePortfolio however should deliver a RSS Feed for your Seminar related stuff. By doing that your thougts on the Seminar could be integrated into this website like Simons & Haukes Blog is already integrated. Edublogs.org offers a easy to use way for creating a Blog for free. Concerning to this we also talked about the British US-Campaign Think before you post. In the end of the Semester a short talk about / presentation of your ePortfolio will complete this task.
Another way to get credits is to produce little multimedia snippets e.g. a video like the following. Depends how complex it will be a written reflection will be neccessary.
There will also a “Task of the Week” from time to time which should be done by all Participants.
